Tri Cities and Beyond: Beautiful snow covered Northeast Tennessee

Beautiful snow covered Northeast Tennessee

Beautiful snow covered Northeast Tennessee is just a lovely place to live. I was all over the Tri Cities today, from Limestone to Jonesborough to Kngsport, on my way to Bristol and worked my way back via Elizabethtotn.  The snow covered mountains were a perfect backdrop for a beautiful day. Have beautiful weekend!

Cindy,  East Tennessee is indeed a beautiful place.  Looking at the Smokys from that side is gorgeous - especially with the few big barns and farms that remain.

I used to live in Jonesboro, Elizabethton and even Chucky Doak.  Winter is especially good if you live near one of the cattle pastures!!  LOL

Thanks for bringing back some good memories.

The snow cahnges the landscape in just minutes and it changes again every time it snows.

Cindy, snow covered terrain is beautiful, only if it is safe to drive!  Be safe!

Hi Cindy Edwards.  It is snowing here in NY again tonight.  I think I've had enough of it!

Hi Cindy Edwards , I have been in the Johnson City area many times, and I love the mountains,  The fall colors make them look like a quilted blanket.  In the Winter they look like white lace.  Tennessee is a beautiful State.

Cindy, it sounds lovely and looks beautiful too! There's something peaceful about fresh fallen snow! You've been a busy lady and nothing stops you from getting your job done!

The snow can be lovely to look at but treacherous to navigate. I have had both the last few days.

Neat barn photo! Good idea to post the cities you cover in a post.
